• RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Distill feedback from multiple teams (such as Sales, Marketing, Support and Management) as a feedback loop for future product development.

    • Lead customer development process and conduct comprehensive market research as a basis for future product development.

    • Lead competitive analysis for Avanta products, build differentiative product strategy to help Sales and Marketing compare against other providers.

    • Develop and fully own product strategy in short and long terms as part of company business strategy.

    • Build and prioritize product roadmap, manage products release timeline.

    • Manage all aspects of partner relationships with a variety of data and integration vendors; setup new integrations.

    • Create feature specifications and transfer them in a structured way to Creative and Engineering teams.

    • Present product features and business requirements for Creative and Engineering teams to ensure alignment of strategic initiatives between product groups.

    • Work across Product, Sales, Marketing, and Support to create materials to reinforce our Avanta platform’s unique positioning, including use cases, case studies, release notes, messaging, and positioning.

    • Own internal training across all departments to clarify what Avanta product suite is and is not, to understand our market positioning, advantages over competitors, current product state, progress and future plans.

    • Bring Avanta products to market by gathering requirements from stakeholders, scoping features with engineering teams, and defining/measuring success KPIs for all stages of product launch.

  • REQUIREMENTS
    • Critical thinker, effective communicator and influencer across business and technology functions.

    • Ability to distill technical information into human level understanding for internal teams and external stakeholders.

    • Have a strong technical background in internet technologies. Enjoy in-depth discussions with engineers when scoping features to fully understand the tradeoffs between different options.

    • Proficient in product management best practices including techniques for identifying customer needs, hypothesis-driven roadmap, AB testing, and data analysis.

    • Experienced in Excel, analytics and research tools.
